I Love Last Exit To Nowhere
FOLLOWING on from yesterday's post about how cool the Journal of Impossible Things toy is (and to give me time to gather my thoughts after last night's mind-blowing BSG), I want to direct your browser window towards one of the super-cool corners of the web.
About a year ago I happened across a site called Last Exit To Nowhere.
It is a small company selling movie t-shirts, but not t-shirts about movies - instead they are t-shirts from movies - about an aspect of the film, not the film itself. Confused? Have a look at this

These are my LE2N t-shirts (with a couple from Midtown Comics in New York thrown in, because I like them).
1) Tyrell Industries - the company that made the replicants in Blade Runner
2) Wayne Industries - no introduction needed, although a t-shirt from the R&D department would have been cooler
3) The USS Sulaco was the ship that carried the space marines and Ripley in Aliens.
4) Amity Island - the island terrorised by Jaws.
5) The Flash logo, from Midtown Comics
6) Gotham City Police Department t-shirt, again, from Midtown.
I also have a skynet one from Terminator, which was in the wash!
So what? So I feel like these guys deserve some publicity as they are really cool, and while I like being the only person I know who wears their stuff, I can't keep it to myself any longer. Go and have a look, buy one, buy two.
And if anyone from Last Exit To Nowhere reads this, I'd be happy to accept a free t-shirt for praising you to the heavens!
And for having enough time on my hands to take photos of my t-shirts .... jesus, has it come to this?
Labels: Aliens, blade Runner, Jaws, Last Exit To Nowhere, sci-fi, science fiction, Terminator, The Dark Knight
